Always Been Yours Chapter 473

She briefly explained her intentions and the hotel manager realised that the situation could be serious and immediately asked the staff to a*sist Wen Shiyu in investigating the surveillance.

It turned out that they found through the surveillance that Kathleen had never come out of her room since she returned last night.

Wen Shiyu looked a little worse for wear, and after thanking the workman’s eye, he went to Kathleen’s room.

”Bang bang”

She knocked hard on the door, “Kathleen, I know you’re in there, hurry up and open the door.”

There was no response from the room.

Wen Shiyu didn’t care and kept tapping on the door.

Finally, after she persevered, the door finally opened from the inside.

Kathleen stood behind the door with a bad look on her face and scolded Wen Shiyu, “What’s wrong with you, knocking on the door early in the morning, how can you let people sleep?”

Wen Shiyu was a little angry.

She took out her mobile phone and pointed at the time on it, disliking it, “It’s already ten o’clock, the whole orchestra is waiting for you to rehearse, and you’re still in the mood to sleep?”

“They’re rehearsing theirs, it’s none of my business, I don’t need to rehearse, hurry up and leave me alone to sleep.”

Kathleen rolled her eyes and made a gesture to close the door.

Seeing this, Wen Shiyu hurriedly pressed her hand against the door.

She frowned and looked at Kathleen disapprovingly, thinking that Kathleen’s slack attitude was inappropriate.

“Everyone is rehearsing and getting ready for the show, so why don’t you need to?”

“You’re lecturing me?”

Kathleen narrowed her eyes and stared at Wen Shiyu in a very unpleasant manner.

Wen Shiyu was speechless, but explained, “I’m not lecturing you, I just think you’re being extremely irresponsible for the show by being so pa*sive.”

“I’m irresponsible?”

Kathleen laughed mockingly as if she had heard a big joke.

She then raised her chin arrogantly and said disdainfully, “Wen Shiyu, don’t think you can tell me what to do just because you are my mum’s closed disciple.

Wen Shiyu was a little angry.

She was only trying to persuade with good intentions, but she had never expected to receive such a personal attack.

But before she could say anything, Kathleen beat her to it.

“What, are you angry?”

Kathleen sneered at Wen Shiyu and sneered, “Even if you’re angry, you’ll have to hold it in for me, and only when you reach my position will you be qualified to lecture me.”

Without surprise, Wen Shiyu’s face was ugly.

Kathleen didn’t care either, and with a bang, closed the door in front of Wen Shiyu.

Looking at the closed door, Wen Shiyu was furious, but had no choice but to turn around and leave, returning to the Silver Maple Theatre.

In the theatre, Hathaway saw Wen Shiyu return and immediately walked over to her.

“Shiyu, did you find Kathleen?”

“Found her, she’s sleeping in her room and said she’s not coming to rehearsal.”

Wen Shiyu told them about Cathleen’s attitude and didn’t mention the verbal spat between her and Cathleen.

Even so, Hathaway was furious.

“This Kathleen is really becoming more and more unlikeable, does she really think she’s great just because others have praised her a few times? How dare she not come to rehearsals!”

Wen Shiyu stood quietly at the side, saying nothing and waiting for the teacher to finish venting.

Hathaway was angry though, and after a few words, she calmed her anger.

After all, it was very close to the time of the performance and she had to hurry up and get the rest of the orchestra to train to make sure the performance ended perfectly.

And so, despite the absence of the violin, the other orchestra members rehearsed as usual.

And with or without the violinist, the others felt no difference.

Wen Shiyu had nothing to do, so she sat with her teacher and watched the rehearsals from the guest gallery.

Her eyes fell on the vacant violin position and a thought suddenly grew slowly in her mind.

“Teacher, can I stand in Kathleen’s place and follow the rehearsal with everyone?”

Finally, she couldn’t resist voicing the thought that was on her mind.

Hathaway frowned slightly, misunderstanding that Wen Shiyu was in a hurry to perform, and persuaded, “Although your technique of playing and pulling as well as the resonance of your musical sense have greatly improved now, you still have a long time to learn before you can stand in Cathleen’s place.”
