The only sound in the silence of the cell was the turning of the key.
Even the atmosphere gradually became dull.
After the iron door was completely opened by Xu Wenqiang with an ear-piercing sound.
The blood-red eyes inside the cell became even more violent and bloody.
“Hahahaha, good disciple, come and unchain this mangled body for the master!”
Hanzou’s hoarse voice was filled with joy.
Xu Wenqiang walked straight into the cell and Xu Yi, the butler, played the lantern for him.
The glowing light lit up in the dark cell and illuminated Hanzo’s face.
His face was a little pale, but he was kind.
But on such a kind face were bloodshot, tyrannical eyes.
Xu Wenqiang inserted the key in his hand into the iron ropes on Hanzo’s limbs.
“Ka.”
A crisp sound rang out as the iron ropes that had bound Hanzo’s hands for decades finally fell.
Before Xu Wenqiang could make a move to open the rest of the iron ropes for him.
Hanzo’s dry palm directly grasped the iron locks on his ankles and gave them a direct squeeze.
The unbreakable iron cable just shattered under Hanzo’s strength.
He slowly stood up from the ground and stretched himself.
The atmosphere around him seemed to sink as Hanzo stood up again.
A roaring sound like fried beans rang out from all over Hanzo’s body.
Xu Wenqiang respectfully knelt down to Hanzo and after three knees and nine kowtows, he spoke.
“My disciple Xu Wenqiang pays respects to Master!”
A tyrannical smile appeared on Hanzo’s pale face as he walked up to Xu Wenqiang’s side and patted him on the shoulder.
“I, Hanzo, am a man of my word, from this day onwards you are the heir to my mantle.”
“Thank you, Master, for your esteem.”
Hanzo walked straight out the door, those scarlet eyes flashing with murderous intent, and said softly.
“Let’s go, let those fools outside know that old me is not dead yet.”
Behind Hanzo, Xu Wenqiang’s eyes flickered for a moment as he responded respectfully.
“Yes.”
At the entrance to the death row, several jailers standing guard were yawning.
“It’s really boring to stand here all day.”
“Who says otherwise, I really miss that widow at the east end of the city, that kind of taste ……”
One of the jailers said, with a lingering look on his face.
“What’s so good about widows, if you ask me it’s the ones in the kilns that are more humane and know everything.”
A smile of I-know-what spread across the faces of the jailers.
Just as they wanted to continue their discussion, the iron door behind them suddenly burst open.
The huge iron door smashed hard across the street like a cannonball.
Several of the jailers felt the object that had just flashed by them and the iron door set into the opposite wall.
The eyes of several of them instantly dropped in horror, and each looked in panic at the dark pa*sage behind them.
Out of the darkness, a figure stepped forward.
His dry palms rested somewhat uncomfortably on his forehead to shield himself from the sun.
“It’s that murderous demon Hanzo!”
“Go and inform the forbidden army, Hanzo has escaped!”
Several of the guards, their faces alarmed, scattered and fled.
If they had gathered together to escape it was likely that they would have been caught up and killed by Hanzo all together.
The few jailers’ fleeing figures caused a look of disdain to appear in Hanzo’s scarlet eyes.
“The old man hasn’t been out for decades, so he really thinks he can just run away at will.”
A bloodthirsty look appeared in Hanzo’s eyes as he casually snapped a branch from a tree off to the side.
“Buddha said that all things are colourless and invisible.”
A blood-red force wrapped the wooden stick in Hanzo’s hand and shot out.
The eyes of a fast fleeing jailer burst into a glare as a bright red wooden stick appeared in front of his chest.
The wooden stick erupted abruptly in the midst of the jailer’s body, and the raging wooden spikes destroyed the jailer’s body instantly.
Even the wooden thorns had penetrated through his body, leaving countless small, dense openings!
