“Twenty minutes later, Charlie wade and Claire received Elaine at the airport after a long absence.
When she saw Claire and Charlie wade, Elaine was extraordinarily excited and said cheerfully, “Aiya, Claire, Charlie wade, mum has missed you all this time!”
Claire said with a smile, “I thought you must be very comfortable at home by yourself, free and clear.”

Charlie wade also interjected, “Yes mum, coming to America, we definitely can’t let you spend money by yourself, electronic payment is not very convenient here in America, I will give you a VISA credit card later and get you some cash.”

When Elaine heard that Charlie wade was going to give her card and cash, her eyes lit up with excitement and she said, “You really deserve to be a good son-in-law, or else people would say that a son-in-law is half a son! Charlie wade smiled faintly and did not deny it.
